Bibin is one of the main chefs at Cochin Delights London Branch. He has been working with the restaurant for almost 5 years and possesses extensive culinary knowledge and experience on authentic Kerala dishes. He has an overall experience of 15 years as a chef, working with multiple restaurants in Kerala. He completed Food & Beverage service/Food production training from Mumbai, India. He is a native of Kozhikode.

Unni is one of the two main chefs at Cochin Delights London Branch. He has been working with the restaurant since 2018 and holds great culinary knowledge and experience on authentic north indian, south indian and chinese cuisines. He is also an expert at handling banquet functions of all kinds. He has over 15 years of experience as a chef, working with multiple restaurants in Kerala. He holds a Diploma in hotel management and is a native of Kottayam.

Kuriakose is a skilled Indian Cook and kitchen supervisor with over five-and-a-half years of professional cooking experience and five years of kitchen supervision experience. He has strong expertise in Continental, Italian, Indian and Arabian Cuisines and has worked in Kerala and Saudi Arabia before joining us at Cochin Delights. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Catering Science and is a native of Pathanamthitta.
