Cochin Delights is one of the best Kerala restaurants in Canada. We bring to you the authentic Kerala deliciousness through a variety of Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian delicacies.

Our mission is to offer high-quality, authentic Kerala food in Canada to satiate the nostalgia of being away from home and homeland. Our Chefs and service staff ensure high-quality authentic Kerala food and excellent customer service at an affordable price.

Founded by Shino George, a passionate entrepreneur and food lover from Pala, Kerala, Cochin delights have 2 branches in Canada – Cochin Delights, an extremely popular dine-in restaurant in London, Ontario and Cochin Delights Express takeout restaurant at Scarborough, Toronto.

Meet Our Team

Bibin is one of the main chefs at Cochin Delights London Branch. He has been working with the restaurant for almost 5 years and possesses extensive culinary knowledge and experience on authentic Kerala dishes. He has an overall experience of 15 years as a chef, working with multiple restaurants in Kerala. He completed Food & Beverage service/Food production training from Mumbai, India. He is a native of Kozhikode.

BIBIN M JOY

Main Chef, Cochin Delights, London, ON

Unni is one of the two main chefs at Cochin Delights London Branch. He has been working with the restaurant since 2018 and holds great culinary knowledge and experience on authentic north indian, south indian and chinese cuisines. He is also an expert at handling banquet functions of all kinds. He has over 15 years of experience as a chef, working with multiple restaurants in Kerala. He holds a Diploma in hotel management and is a native of Kottayam.

UNNI I.T,

Main Chef, Cochin Delights, London, ON

Kuriakose is a skilled Indian Cook and kitchen supervisor with over five-and-a-half years of professional cooking experience and five years of kitchen supervision experience. He has strong expertise in Continental, Italian, Indian and Arabian Cuisines and has worked in Kerala and Saudi Arabia before joining us at Cochin Delights. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Catering Science and is a native of Pathanamthitta.
